The service is great. The tacos are 10/10 and the horchata is perfect. Love going here or ordering in.

Taco Azteca is one of our favorite spots! The staff has seen my husband and me way too many times haha! The Al Pastor is easily the best we've had. The Alambre tacos are phenomenal as well. We love the quesabirria tacos too! Their chips are homemade and so fresh--every salsa is full of flavor! The staff is welcoming, the restaurant is bright, colorful, and inviting, and the food is impeccable. Highly recommend!

The absolute best mexican food in the brookfielf, lyons, riverside, lagrange, stickney area! Nothing will come close to this food. It is truly authentic & delicious. The torta de milanesa de res is by far the best I have ever tasted and I have tried at least 20 different restaurants torta de milanesa. My only negative about Taco Azteca is the service & dine-in experience. I wish they would greet you upon entry and let you know you can sit anywhere. I walked in confused & all the emplyees were just staring at me. They could def use a boost in that department but all I mainly care about is the food.

Fantastic. Best Mexican in the area. All the Steak is great. Tacos/burritos, can't go wrong. Pastor is also tasty. Super flavorful. If you can handle spice, the orange salsa is a must. Also rice and beans are good. Sounds silly to mess up, but a lot of Mexican places have bland rice and beans, Taco Aztecs does not. Eat here!

Great salsa and guac. Just the right amount of spice to keep you wanting more! Staff was friendly as well.

Hell yes!!! Awesome burrito Suizo! I'm wonderful Verde variety my favorite and not always easy to find. It was delicious and sizable and very inexpensive for the current state of inflation. I paid 13$ for a great burrito , came with salad guacamole in the side, chips and salsa auguacate also delicious and not easy to find. Ten he told me the burrito came with a can of soda! I asked if I could pay extra for a bottle of Mexican coke and yes for 1$ more. These guys were kind and and you could tell they cared about how we enjoyed our food. LOVE this place. Stop here and enjoy a great meal

Food: Everything is AMAZINGLY GREAT!! Love this place! The service was prompt. They have very many takeout orders. Good sign! Very popular place in the area. Love tacos de cecina, Steak tacos, gorditas, sopes. Chips and salsa. Not the dance! but the green and red salsa have great flavor. It can be spicy for some.

Finally a great place for steak tacos in Brookfield. Steak is juicy and seasoned just right. So many taco places in town, but Taco Azteca makes you want to come back for more. If you dine in they give you a basket of chips and their infamous green salsa. I swear somedays that salsa is spicier than others. But it's good! Decided to try the sopes today. It was crispy, but really greasy. I know it's fried but at least let it sit on a paper towel to soak up some of that grease. Not a big fan of their rice. It could use more love. None the less I'd still be back to try other things. Staff is friendly and service is quick. If you're not there during the dinner rush. Restaurant is clean with a good amount of seating. Kinda small but they make it work.

So far, we are stoked to have found something on the way to grocery shopping! My husband always wants a Mexican breakfast, and this place has eggs, chilaquiles, tacos, burritos... um LITERALLY EVERYTHING! We want to come back and try the quesabirria / ramen which we somehow missed on the extensive menu lol Very cute place!
